Samantha Hardwick is a multi-award-winning Wellbeing and Mindset Coach, EFT Master Trainer and Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Grief and Bereavement Counsellor and experienced Complementary Therapist with over 20 years of experience in supporting emotional, mental, energetic and physical well-being.

Samantha’s approach is deeply holistic, intertwining Mindset, Energy Psychology and Healing to create a nurturing environment for her clients. She works with individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted, as well as those grappling with self-doubt, grief, burnout, or disconnection from their true selves. Many of her clients appear strong and capable on the surface, yet they may be carrying burdens that often go unseen. Samantha also offers valuable support for individuals navigating the challenges of peri-menopause and menopause, recognising the unique emotional and physical shifts that occur during these stages.

In a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, Samantha invites clients to pause, feel heard, and gently explore the underlying beliefs and emotional patterns that may be holding them back. She addresses nervous system responses, trauma, stress, and the pressures of maintaining a façade, guiding clients to reconnect with themselves and their needs.

Rather than viewing individuals as needing to be “fixed,” Samantha empowers her clients to become their own healers and guides. Through a blend of mindset coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Reiki, mindfulness, meditation, reflexology, massage, and other complementary therapies, she helps them release long-held emotional blocks and develop practical tools for everyday life. Her focus is on fostering resilience, self-trust and emotional freedom, enabling clients to navigate challenges beyond their sessions.

Intuitive and responsive, Samantha meets each client exactly where they are. Her sessions are designed to create meaningful change at the levels of mind, body, energy, and nervous system, guiding clients from stress and overwhelm toward greater calm, clarity, confidence, and connection.

Clients often describe Samantha’s work as grounding, supportive and transformational. She is known for her ability to listen deeply, including hearing what is not being said and helping individuals gently uncover the root causes of their struggles. Through her guidance, clients learn to soften their inner critic, release what no longer serves them and move forward feeling lighter, stronger and more like themselves.

Her mission is to help individuals feel safer within themselves, trust their inner wisdom and cultivate a life filled with balance, peace, confidence and joy.

About Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy is so much more than just eating well. A good diet is the foundation, but true health goes deeper. It’s about understanding how the body’s biochemical pathways interact, what nutrients fuel those processes, and how they influence other factors like sleep, mood, energy and resilience. At the heart of it all is the gut microbiome - your body’s central hub for overall well-being. It isn’t about restrictions or quick fixes. It’s about building a nourishing and sustainable way of life that works for you. Practical changes that fit into your routine, so you feel better not just for now, but for the long run. One-to-one support means you won’t be doing this alone. I’ll guide you and hold you accountable so that progress keeps happening - even when life get busy. And we’ll always go at a pace that feels right for you.

Hazel is a Registered Nutritional Therapist DipION, mBANT, regCNHC.

Our understanding of the human body is constantly evolving, especially in the areas I’m most passionate about: hormones, brain health and the gut microbiome. Health is complex - tug on one thread, and you’ll find it’s connected to everything else. With a balance of science and over 20 years of experience, I’ll help you uncover what’s really going on in your body and how to support it in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
